Are your pieces made to order?

Most are. Standard production time is 7–14 working days. Ready-to-ship pieces are marked on the product page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship insured, tracked parcels to over 60 countries via DHL and FedEx. Duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I customise a piece?

Often, yes. Stone swaps, metal changes (silver to gold), and minor sizing tweaks are usually possible. Use the Enquire form on any product.

Do you offer certificates?

All gold pieces ship with a karat purity certificate. Stones above 1 carat ship with an independent gemological report on request.

What is your return policy?

Stock pieces can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable but covered by our craftsmanship guarantee.
