We want you to love your Zeva piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day return window

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Exchanges & resizing

Ring resizing within ±2 sizes is complimentary for the first 60 days. Exchanges for a different piece are welcome within 14 days; you pay only the price difference.

Custom & made-to-order pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, but are covered by our lifetime craftsmanship guarantee against manufacturing defects.

How to start a return

Email info@zeva-jewels.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. We will share a prepaid return label for domestic orders; international returns are at buyer's cost.
