Every Zeva order ships fully insured, signature on delivery, in plastic-free packaging.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within 2 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 7–14 working days before dispatch.

Transit times

India: 2–4 working days (free above ₹5,000).

USA, UK, EU, Australia: 3–6 working days via DHL Express.

Rest of world: 5–9 working days.

Duties & taxes

International shipments are sent DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Any customs duties or import taxes charged at destination are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
